Scope of Use
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to all users who access or use aoliongaming.com (the "Website"), operated by AOLION. By accessing or using our Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Account & Website Usage Rules

a. You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering an account or placing an order. Update your information promptly if any details change;
b. You are the sole owner of your account and password—keep. Keep them secure. We are not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized account access due to password leakage or negligence;
c. Do not lend, rent, or sell your account to others. If you notice any unusual account activity, contact us immediately to freeze your account.

Order & Transaction Rules

a. When you submit an order and complete payment on our Website, a binding sales contract is formed between you and AOLION. We will ship your order in accordance with the order details you provided;
b. We reserve the right to review all orders and may refuse or cancel an order if:
  • The order information is incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent (e.g., invalid shipping address/phone number);
  • The order is suspected of malicious activity (e.g., bulk ordering for resale, fake orders);
  • The product is out of stock and we cannot fulfill the order;c. Product prices, specifications, and images are subject to real-time updates on the Website. We may adjust prices based on market conditions, but price changes will not affect already paid orders;d. We make every effort to ensure product images and descriptions are accurate. Slight color differences between the physical product and online images may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, or photography—this is not a quality issue.

 

Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in any illegal, infringing, or harmful activities while using our Website. If you violate these rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your Website access and pursue legal action for any damages caused. Prohibited activities include:

  1. All content on the Website (including but not limited to product images, text descriptions, logos, page designs, videos, and audio) is the exclusive intellectual property of AOLION and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws;
  2. Without our prior written authorization, no individual or entity may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of our Website content for commercial purposes;
  3. All trademarks and patents for the game controllers sold on our Website are owned by AOLION. We will take full legal action against any intellectual property infringement.

Limitation of Liability
