Shipping Fee Details

  1. Calculation: Shipping fees are based on product weight, quantity, and shipping destination. The exact shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed in your shopping cart before checkout—review and confirm it before completing payment;
  2. Free Shipping Eligibility: Free shipping is available for orders that meet the minimum purchase amount for your destination region (see the shipping policy table above);
  3. Fee Changes: Shipping fees may be adjusted due to logistics provider price changes or updated shipping zones. All changes will be posted on our Website, and the shipping fee shown in your cart at checkout is the final amount you will pay.

 

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  1. Order Processing: We process and pack paid orders received between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT+8 (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) within 1-2 business days. Orders received on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day;
  2. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address with a tracking number and direct logistics tracking link;
  3. Stock Availability: Product stock is updated in real time on the Website. If a product you ordered is out of stock, we’ll notify you within 24 hours and offer you the option to wait for restock or cancel your order for a full refund.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination region (calculated from the date of shipping, excluding order processing time). Remote areas may experience slight delays—track your order with the provided tracking number for real-time updates.

Order Tracking

  1. After your order ships, track its status anytime by: entering your tracking number in the logistics tracker on our Website; using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email; or visiting the logistics provider’s official website;
  2. If your tracking information is not updated for more than 3 business days, or you have questions about your delivery status, contact our support team—we’ll assist you in following up with the logistics provider immediately.

 

Customs & Duties

  1. All our products are sold cross-border and may be subject to customs clearance in your destination country/region. Customs clearance times and requirements are determined by local customs authorities, and we will provide all necessary documents to assist with the process;
  2. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees (e.g., VAT, consumption tax) imposed by the destination country/region. Fees are calculated in accordance with local customs regulations;
  3. If your order is seized or returned by customs due to non-payment of applicable duties/fees, you are responsible for all related losses (e.g., shipping fees, detention fees, product damage).

 

Delivery & Logistics Issue Resolution

  1. Inspect at Delivery: Always inspect your package for damage before signing for delivery. If the packaging or product is damaged, refuse delivery, take photos for proof, and contact our support team immediately;
  2. Lost/Damaged in Transit: If your product is lost or damaged during shipping, we’ll verify the issue with the logistics provider and offer a free replacement or full refund—no extra cost to you;
  3. Incorrect/Missing Shipment: If we ship the wrong product or miss an item in your order, we’ll verify the issue and arrange a free replacement/redelivery within 24 hours. We cover all associated shipping costs.

 

Order Modifications

  1. Before shipping: You may request changes to your shipping address, product model, or order quantity by contacting our support team. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request;
  2. After shipping: We cannot modify your shipping address or order details once your package is in transit. You may contact the logistics provider directly to request changes (any fees incurred are the buyer’s responsibility).
