How do I switch between the Xbox and Switch button layouts? ⌄

Remove the magnetic faceplate and move the layout switch to change between the Xbox and Switch ABXY button layouts.

What devices is the K30 compatible with? ⌄

The K30 supports Windows 7/8/10/11, Nintendo Switch 1/2, Android 4.2 or later, and iOS 13.3 or later. It can connect through Bluetooth, the 2.4GHz receiver, or a USB cable, depending on the platform.

Does the K30 work with Xbox consoles? ⌄

No. The K30 does not support Xbox One or Xbox Series consoles. It can switch to an Xbox-style ABXY button layout, but this does not mean it is compatible with Xbox consoles.

How do I connect the K30 to Nintendo Switch? ⌄

Set the platform switch on the back to NS. On the Switch, go to Controllers → Change Grip/Order. With the controller powered off, press and hold the HOME button for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. The connection is successful when the player indicator remains solid.

How do I connect the K30 to a PC with the 2.4GHz receiver? ⌄

Set the platform switch to PC. Insert the receiver into a USB port on the computer and press its pairing button for 1 second. With the controller powered off, press and hold the HOME button for 3 seconds. The connection is successful when LED2, LED3, and LED4 remain solid.

How do I connect the K30 to a PC via USB or Bluetooth? ⌄

For a USB connection, set the platform switch to PC to use Xbox mode, or set it to NS to have the controller recognized as a Pro Controller. For a Bluetooth connection, set the platform switch to iOS, press and hold the HOME button for 3 seconds, and select "Xbox Wireless Controller" on the computer.

How do I connect the K30 to an Android device? ⌄

Set the platform switch to Android. With the controller powered off, press and hold the HOME button for 3 seconds. Select "Gamepad" from the device's Bluetooth list.

How do I connect the K30 to an iPhone or iPad? ⌄

Set the platform switch to iOS. With the controller powered off, press and hold the HOME button for 3 seconds. Select "Xbox Wireless Controller" from the Bluetooth list.

How do I switch between the K30 trigger modes? ⌄

Use the trigger switches on the back to change between short-travel microswitch triggers and long-travel Hall Effect linear triggers. Short-travel mode is better for rapid activation, while long-travel mode is better for games that require analog input.

How do I enable, adjust, or disable Turbo on the K30? ⌄

Hold the button you want to set together with the TURBO button to enable Turbo. Press TURBO + MENU to increase the Turbo speed or TURBO + VIEW to decrease it. Press and hold the TURBO button for 5 seconds to clear all Turbo settings.

How do I program or clear the K30 rear buttons? ⌄

Press and hold TURBO + ML or TURBO + MR for about 2 seconds to enter programming mode. Enter the buttons you want to map, then press ML or MR again to save. To clear a rear-button setting, enter programming mode again and press the corresponding rear button without entering any other buttons.

How do I adjust the RGB lighting and vibration on the K30? ⌄

Use the relevant button combinations to switch the RGB mode, brightness, and lighting effect. Vibration has four levels: strong, medium, weak, and off. Hold TURBO and move the left stick up or down to adjust the vibration level.

How do I switch the stick output shape or zero-deadzone mode? ⌄

Press and hold TURBO + Capture for about 2 seconds to switch between circular and square stick output. Press Y + VIEW + MENU for about 1 second to enable or disable the center zero-deadzone mode.

Does the controller support motion controls? ⌄

Yes. It supports gyroscopic motion controls on Switch and can be used with games that support motion control.

How do I charge the K30 and check the battery level? ⌄

Charge the controller with a standard 5V USB power source. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours. During wireless use, press the HOME button to check the battery level. You can also press VIEW + MENU + A to switch the battery display mode.

How long does the K30 battery last? ⌄

It provides approximately 8-10 hours of battery life on a full charge. Actual battery life may vary depending on usage conditions, game scenarios, connection methods, and other factors.

What should I do if the K30 will not connect? ⌄

Confirm that the platform mode is set correctly. Delete the old pairing record from the device, put the controller into pairing mode again, and reconnect it. If it still does not connect, restart the device, reset the controller, and pair it again.

How do I calibrate the K30 sticks, triggers, and motion controls? ⌄

When the controller’s sticks, motion controls, or triggers do not function properly, follow the steps below to calibrate them:1. Set both trigger stop switches on the back of the controller to the long-travel position (linear mode).2. With the controller powered on, press and hold [X] + [VIEW] + [MENU] for 1 second. LED1 and LED2 will flash alternately, indicating that the controller has entered calibration mode.3. To calibrate the sticks, rotate both the left and right sticks fully around their outer edges 2–3 times.4. To calibrate the triggers, fully press the left and right triggers 3 times.5. Place the controller on a flat, level surface, then press [MENU] to complete the calibration.

How do I reset the K30? ⌄

Hardware reset: Insert a pin into the reset hole on the back and hold it for about 1 second. Function-settings reset: Press and hold the TURBO button for 10 seconds to restore the Turbo, vibration, and macro settings to their defaults.

How do I replace the K30 thumbsticks and D-pad? ⌄

Pull the removable thumbstick cap or D-pad straight upward, then install the replacement in the correct orientation. Rotate the adjustable thumbstick structure to switch between the high and low positions.
